RAIL Europe has revealed refreshed branding, with travel advisors now greeted by the new modern black and magenta logo when they go to log into the travel company’s website.
The updated branding reflects the brand’s values of simplicity, modernity and accessibility, and is complemented by a new tagline, ‘Unlock Connections!’, which encapsulates the company’s mission to connect travellers to all parts of Europe.
The new logo design, which features a speech bubble, symbolises the brand’s customer care as well as its capacity as an independent high-tech travel company, according to Rail Europe President & CEO, Bjorn Bender.
“There is a very high demand for convenience, flexibility and personalisation, and Rail Europe is well positioned to deliver accordingly and even exceed expectations, while addressing other ongoing challenges. Importantly, this is the confidence we would like to instill in our valued industry partners, travel advisors and travellers,” she explained.
General Manager of APAC, Richard Leonard, added, “Our fresh new visual identity hones in on the company’s brand promise to ‘unlock connections’ throughout Europe, and thus aims to bring a sense of power and freedom to travellers, empowering them to explore the continent freely and easily”.
“We have also use this refresh to improve the user experience on both consumer and agent booking tools, making it easier for agents to navigate between both,” he said, also revealing that advisors can expect to hear more about Rail Europe’s upcoming series of activities, incentives and events.
“Ultimately, our aim is to inspire advisors and travellers to connect experientially with Europe by train, thanks to our extensive portfolio of brands, such as Eurail, Eurostar and French High Speed,” he said.
