Luxury Escapes ventures into bricks and mortar space

Luxury Escapes has announced the launch of a new pop-up retail space in Chadstone, Victoria this week. It will mark the Melbourne-based travel company's first foray into the bricks and mortar space.

THE special pop-up experience will offer customers access to face-to-face guidance from its team of travel experts on how to put together a custom itinerary, as well as exclusive in-person offers and promotions.

Luxury Escapes CEO, Adam Schwab, said, “For the overwhelming majority of Australians, travel is top of the spend list in 2023, and with life now well and truly back to ‘normal’ and cost of living front-of-mind, consumers are looking for the best…expert advice to help them plan the trip of their dreams and find seamless ways to maximise the whole experience”.

The open plan layout of the store invites customers in.

The company revealed it also “plans to explore an even more immersive in-store experience in 2023”.

Customers have the ability to book online in advance, in order to avoid queuing up.

Earlier this year, Luxury Escapes also introduced Standalone Experiences, allowing customers to choose from more than 2,000 experiences across 150 destinations globally.
