FCTG’s new CruiseHQ sets sail

The new wholesale division is at the centre of the evolution of Flight Centre's cruise offering.

FLIGHT Centre Travel Group’s B2B cruise wholesale division CruiseHQ has set sail, travelBulletin can exclusively reveal, launching its new “cruise marketplace” uniquely designed for travel advisors.

CruiseHQ, which was first flagged by tB in August, aims to seamlessly connect travel agencies with exclusive cruise holidays, offering access to a diverse portfolio of global cruise, air, and land partners.

Advisors can benefit from the booking platform’s exclusive rates, cruise promotions, incentives, wholesale commissions, and product collection, which is not available anywhere else.

CruiseHQ will be supported by a dedicated Australian-based call centre, cruise product specialist, and sales team.

The division’s General Manager Caroline Hitchen expressed her enthusiasm for the launch, saying CruiseHQ is “delighted” to introduce itself to the industry.

She said CruiseHQ’s advanced booking technology prioritises ease and efficiency, with live API connectivity which allows advisors to secure cruise holidays online at any time.

“Our team of cruise specialists is committed to crafting personalised experiences that cater to clients’ unique preferences and needs,” she said.

“By combining exclusive rates with exceptional bonus value, we aim to create unforgettable cruise journeys.

“Our new platform and dedicated specialist teams provide advisors with a competitive edge and peace of mind when booking their client’s next holiday.”

CruiseHQ has partnered with leading cruise lines and rail suppliers to celebrate the launch, offering advisors spectacular incentives, including cruise experiences and holidays, booking bonuses, elevated agency commissions, and onboard credits for their clients.
