Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) has appointed Clinton Hearne as the Executive General Manager of its recently introduced World360 Rewards Program.
Hearne was most recently FCTG’s Global Head of Marketing, and before that ran marketing for the company’s Travel Money Group brand.
The experienced marketing executive will work closely with Kathy Clifford, who herself was only recently appointed by FCTG as Head of Travel, Loyalty.
FCTG pushed the play button on the rumoured World360 Rewards loyalty program late last month, where members can redeem points as either full or partial payment for holidays and access to deals through a new custom-built rewards store.
Flight Centre, Travel Associates and Cruiseabout are the initial participating brands, with the program already boasting more than 300 partners, including some outside of travel such as ANZ and Bupa.
