Entire brings bookability and search functions to the fore

Entire Travel Group has revamped its travel agent website, pushing its booking engine to the forefront and adding new advanced search functions.

THE changes come as the number of bookings received by Entire Travel Group’s website remain well ahead of initial expectations, according to the company’s Sales & Marketing Director, Greg McCallum.

The advanced search functions enable agents to search packages by destination, date or start/finish city. Packages can also be sorted into a wide range of ‘experiences’ by clicking on unique icons.

“We’ve done all the time-consuming, back-and-forth required to create independent packages, so it’s no surprise that agents have embraced the website,” said McCallum. “Our latest enhancements ensure it now offers even more benefits to our retail partners.”

The website includes over 350 independent holiday packages and McCallum said the extensive range meant that despite agents loving the look and feel of the first iteration of the website, “it was clear that the introduction of advanced search functionality would help agents locate desired packages more quickly.”

The previous version of the website very much focused on inspiration and information, with the booking and search functions sitting in the background.

The website displays the price of each package, but agents can easily change this with Entire Travel Group’s Change Agent Sell Price (CASP) feature, allowing them to add a service fee, reward a loyal customer with a discount or simply change the price to close the sale and all quotes are delivered as pdf documents that incorporate individual travel agent branding.
