EMIRATES has launched its tour operating division, Emirates Holidays, in Australia to offer a “one-stop holiday planning service”.
Customers can now book packages, which include Emirates flights and a broad selection of holiday options based on the airline’s network, on the new Australian Emirates Holidays website or by calling a toll-free Australian phone number, which connects to the carrier’s call centre.
Emirates sent out an email to its Skywards loyalty program members last Friday offering a number of deals, including the option to lock in package bookings for a $250 deposit and free cancellation up to 25 days prior to departure.
Skywards members can also earn points on full holiday packages of three nights or more, and enjoy access to plenty of rewards, including flight upgrades.
“With over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, we at Emirates Holidays are passionate about creating the finest travel experiences for you to some of the most exclusive resorts and beautiful locations in the world,” the company said.
“Our travel consultants specialise in Indian Ocean, Europe, Asia, America and African getaways,” the website also noted.
The Australian debut of Emirates Holidays follows Qantas’ recent ramp-up of its holiday packaging offerings, which saw the expansion of its Qantas Holidays product range to include Qantas Tours-branded ready-made private and small-group tour packages in January.
