CWT partners with Booking.com for expanded content

CWT will provide Booking.com for Business with expanded services for small business customers.

BUSINESS travel specialist CWT has partnered with Booking.com for Business to provide expanded content and 24/7 servicing for small businesses customers.

The increased offering will include discounted business travel rates, access to membership rewards from a variety of third-party loyalty programs, and complimentary 24/7 travel advisor support, all provided by CWT.

Additional hotel, flight, and car rental content will also be provided by CWT, as well as multilingual customer service & travel consultant access.

Companies will be able to save time and money with discounted business travel rates across flights, accommodation, and rental cars via the Booking.com for Business platform, with no service fees.

The expanded Booking.com for Business offering is expected to go live in the second quarter.

Booking.com for Business Director Joshua Wood said the tool understands everyone has different travel preferences.

“For some it’s important to maximize status and loyalty points when they travel, while others are more focused on finding the best deal for their trips,” he explained.

“When disruption happens, everybody values the ability to contact an agent any time of day or night to get support.

“With this partnership, Booking.com for Business customers will have all of this in one place, along with the tools to manage cost and duty of care with travel expert support wherever they are in the world 24/7.”
