CVFR restructured and ready to grow

CVFR Group has restructured its management, as the travel market opens again, and the company returns to pre-pandemic numbers.

CVFR Group has restructured its management, as the travel market opens again and the company returns to pre-pandemic numbers.

Nidhi Nijhawan, who was previously CVFR Consolidation Services Chief Operating Officer, has now been elevated to Group COO, where she will now oversee the operations for all business verticals within the company.

Denise Gabrael has also been appointed CVFR Consolidation Services National Head of Sales, with responsibility for all state managers. Over recent months, Gabrael and her team have had vast success in acquiring agent clients for her vertical.

Meanwhile, Natasha Dua has been appointed Visa Rep Services National Manager, having served as the division’s Operations Manager. The new role will allow her to play a key role in further growing the business within the region.

Group Chief Executive Officer Ram Chhabra said the company needs to ensure it has a strong management team in place, so it is well-positioned to take advantage of the opportunities available in the post-pandemic world.

“I am pleased and extremely proud of the team we now have,” Chhabra enthused.

“All our business units within the group are in the process of expanding, be it CVFR Consolidation, who are currently adding new agents at an impressive rate, or Airline Rep Services, who have added more GSA airlines.”

Other developments at CVFR Group include an expansion of its New Zealand office, the addition of an office to service airline representation in Fiji, and the pursuing of additional missions for Visa Rep Services.
