CTM awarded lucrative Australian Government contract

The corporate travel specialist will supply the Whole of Australian Government (WOAG) travel services for at least the next four years.

CORPORATE Travel Management (CTM) has confirmed it has been awarded the Travel Management Services contract for the Whole of Australian Government (WOAG) for an initial four-year term, with a further three years of extension options.

CTM will be the sole provider for this contract, which will commence on Sat, and is considered to be the largest travel program in Australia.

It is estimated to contribute to approximately 20% of CTM’s revenue and 30% of TTV in the region for the 2024 fiscal year.

The new contract combines the WOAG travel management and accommodation contracts, which will be serviced by a bespoke model utilising CTM’s technology suite.

It will be a stand-alone offering, utilising dedicated staff, and having no impact upon servicing or technology development for CTM’s corporate client base in Australia.

This will allow CTM to be much more efficient in its service delivery, the company said.
