CLIA to showcase new cruise ships

The 2024 Ocean Debut Virtual Showcase will dish on some of the hottest new cruise ships of the year.

SOME of the most anticipated ships of the year will be promoted in a Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) online travel showcase for agents next month.

The 2024 Ocean Debut Virtual Showcase, which will run from 05 to 08 Feb, will showcase nine new ships set to hit the oceans this year.

The presentation will see live online sessions presented by eight leading CLIA cruise lines, outlining the essential facts and features of their ships.

Royal Caribbean International is profiling two of its new ships: Icon of the Seas and Utopia of the Seas, while Disney Cruise Line is outlining its new Disney Treasure.

Other ships to be profiled will include Explora Journeys’ Explora II, Princess Cruises’ Sun Princess, Ponant’s Paspaley Pearl, Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady, Silversea Cruises’ Silver Ray, and Cunard Line’s Queen Anne.

The sessions will cover what type of experience guests can expect when they step on board, such as dining options, entertainment, accommodation styles, public spaces, and unique features, & designs.

The showcase is available exclusively to CLIA member travel advisors, who can register online for each session via the Association’s Members Hub.

Participants will earn CLIA points, and have the chance to win prize packs by tuning in live, collecting a code word, and completing a quiz – for more information, click here.
