CRUISE Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia has revealed more details about its LIVE training program for this year, which will be centred on the theme ‘Cruising Into The Future’.
The comprehensive two-day training event will see the Association’s ocean, river and expedition cruise lines convene with travel agents to discuss the shape of the industry.
Agents will hear insights from each brand, learning about their unique selling points, target audiences and onboard offerings, as well as new onboard innovations and enhancements, changes to the guest experience, new ships and itineraries, and new sustainability measures.
