Azamara strengthening travel partnerships with new Azamara Alliance

The new program will feature technology to better help travel advisors serve their clients.

AZAMARA is strengthening its partnerships with travel partners with a new ‘Azamara Alliance’ program.

The all-new program will allow travel advisors to better support their clients through new tools and technology to create “a seamless experience”.

The program will feature a new booking platform, a more intuitive Azamara Connect trade partner portal, and an expanded Contact Center.

The new Versonix Seaware T0uch Booking Platform will allow travel partners to book across channels over one integrated platform with a 360-degree view of everything.

Travel partners can book FIT, back-to-back and combo voyages, air, shore excursions, onboard packages, and more.

The new Azamara Connect will provide on-demand access to imagery, promotions, marketing templates, and all the tools travel partners need to support sales efforts.

To provide faster and more responsive service, Azamara is also doubling its number of agents in its Contact Center, and is integrating new systems for faster answers , such as callback services, which will begin later this month.

Live training sessions for the new tools will be hosted next month, with self-paced learning tools to help travel partners familiarise themselves with the new booking platform and to get the most out of the new Azamara Connect.

“A priority in this new chapter for Azamara is to provide our valued travel partners with the best support and the most efficient experience possible,” Chief Sales Officer International Patrice Willoughby said.

“With the launch of our Azamara Alliance program, it is our mission to develop opportunities to support our travel partners and equip them with the tools, so we succeed together.”
