AVANI Hotels & Resorts’ flagship brand will make its long-awaited foray Down Under on the Sunshine Coast, with a new-build property planned for Mooloolaba.
Opening to guests in 2025, Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel will be located in a sought-after spot at Brisbane Road & First, just minutes from Mooloolaba Beach.
Avani Mooloolaba Beach will feature 180 rooms catering to solo travellers, couples, groups, and families.
It will boast four distinctive restaurants, state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities, a well-equipped kids’ club, a dedicated AvaniSpa, and a spectacular rooftop pool, bar, restaurant, & wedding venue with 180-degree water views.
Designed by Cottee Parker Architects, the new Mooloolaba property will expand the company’s name locally, which currently carried by four ‘Avani Residences’-branded properties in the Gold Coast, Adelaide, and Melbourne.
Minor International Chief Executive Officer Dillip Rajakarier said he was delighted to introduce the first Avani-branded hotel to the Australian market.
