Travel Associates’ top performing business in Australia is preparing to unveil a new location in August, a luxury flagship office in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs.
Owner Krystal Savage described the upcoming store in Burnside as “an exciting milestone and a natural progression” for the business.
“This expansion allows us to reach a new community, grow our client base, and create more opportunities for our team,” she told Travel Daily in an exclusive interview.
“It also strengthens our brand presence in Adelaide and gives us the capacity to service even more clients looking for premium travel experience.”
The new location will potentially attract an upmarket clientele, thanks to its positioning within the premium Burnside Village’s expanded offering, featuring a luxury mall, dining precinct and home-and-lifestyle space.
Burnside will be the second location for the business, which also has a footprint in Norwood.
“We’ve custom-designed our new office from the ground up to embody the premium experience our clients have come to know and love when they walk into any of our Travel Associates offices,” said Savage, who described the store as “elegant, comfortable and inviting”.
“This new space is a true reflection of the Travel Associates brand and unique to other travel agencies – it’s a relaxed space to come and sit, relax and take the time to dream with your travel advisor. There’s no better place to plan a holiday.”
Meanwhile, Travel Associates Norwood is continuing to thrive as the best performing Travel Associates in the country “and we are set to do it again in 2025”, said Savage.
This year, a key focus for the business will be on expanding the team in both full- and part-time travel advisor roles.
“As leader of both businesses, my focus continues to be on the development and success of our teams too – we have outstanding tenure and are invested in our people,” explained Savage.
An investment in technology is also key, which is being used to elevate the customer experience, broaden the agency’s range of luxury travel offerings and build relationships within the local community.
“In addition, we’re exploring innovative ways to personalise each client’s journey, from the initial consultation through to their return home,” Savage revealed.
“Above all, our top priority remains the same: crafting unique and unforgettable travel experiences for all of our valued clients.”
