QATAR Airways donated thousands of material aid items during winter to support local charities through its national partnership with StreetSmart Australia.
The airline worked with StreetSmart to support disadvantaged communities and combat homelessness.
Qatar launched a winter donation drive which includes thousands of amenity kits, sleepsuits and blankets for 17 charities Australia-wide.
The expanded drive saw the airline work closely with StreetSmart to connect with local organisations in all five mainland Australian states.
The charities cover a range of services for communities in need, including homelessness support, youth and women’s services, and support for Indigenous communities.
