Ritz-Carlton Perth

The opening of Ritz-Carlton Perth last month marked the re-entry of the global brand to the Australian market. Located at Elizabeth Quay, the property offers 205 well-appointed rooms, including 19 suites, The Ritz-Carlton Club, Hearth Restaurant, and a rooftop bar. It also offers The Ritz-Carlton Spa, equipped with a heated infinity pool, saunas, private yoga studio and heated vitality pools.

The Fullerton Hotel Sydney

The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts celebrated its first international hotel expansion outside of Singapore with the opening of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney. Housed in Martin Place’s iconic former General Post Office (GPO) building, guests of the 416-room hotel can enjoy Southeast Asian cuisines alongside Modern Australian dishes in the new restaurant The Place, or the Signature Afternoon Tea at The Bar.

Bailey Cairns

Crystalbrook Collection’s second Cairns hotel, Bailey, features 255 spacious guest rooms and residences, three restaurants and bars, meeting spaces for up to 150 people, a rooftop mezzanine plunge pool and a 24-hour fitness centre. The property is located nearby the Esplanade boardwalk and lagoon and has a focus on gastronomy, sustainability and art, with dedicated art spaces in the public areas.
