THE hotel and accommodation market in Tokyo continues to broaden its scope, with Far East Hospitality recently announcing its plans to introduce its Village brand to the city from Q2 2020.
The 306-room Village Hotel Ariake Tokyo will be the first in the brand family to open up outside of Singapore and will be located in the Ariake district in the eastern part of Tokyo.
“Ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, we see this regional expansion as an opportunity to raise brand exposure in this major international gateway city,” said Arthur Kiong, Chief Executive Officer of Far East Hospitality.
