Dream Cruises has announced the latest tool in their arsenal to support agents – the Dream Cruises Agent Portal.
The purpose-built site has been designed as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for trade partners, bringing a multitude of resources to agents’ fingertips. “We are so excited to launch our new Agent Portal specifically for our loyal Australian & New Zealand agents. It’s a convenient resource for all things Dream Cruises. We want to be able to support the agent community as best as possible. To make it easy to sell, promote & learn all about our growing brand. It’s easy to navigate & it has a lot of great features.” says Brigita Devries, Vice President Sales & Marketing, Australia & New Zealand.
The portal provides a gateway to all things Dream Cruises, including brochures & deck plans, details of current promotions, training & webinars, plus reservations & sales support. The Marketing & Resource Library is filled with inspirational images and video galleries, along with Dream Cruises’ brand assets and additional marketing support such as easy-to-share Facebook tiles for agents to further promote via their own social channels in their own personal & unique way.
You can access the Dream Cruises Reservation system via the Portal too along with all relevant terms, conditions & payment details. If you are new to Dream Cruises & wish to sign up to sell direct, there is also the option to request to become a new partner.
There is also a Latest News section so agents can keep up-to-date with all the latest Dream Cruises happenings and media announcements.
In consideration of the current global pandemic, there is a dedicated COVID-19 section, where agents can access info on Dream’s precautionary measures to ensure a safe voyage, plus details of Dream’s ‘Cruise As You Wish’ flexible booking policy. This is an important feature, as now more than ever agents need access to the most up to date policies to ensure that their clients are educated prior to committing to booking & feel safe & secure that their next cruise holiday will be hassle free.
Whilst navigating the portal, there is also a section which covers the Palace – Dream Cruises private enclave for suite guests.
