#ChooseCruise in October

October is the culmination of CLIA’s global #ChooseCruise campaign. This multi-faceted campaign brings the global cruise community together to raise the awareness of cruise travel, and encourage travellers to #ChooseCruise as their preferred holiday option.

Travel agents are vital to the continual success of the cruise industry and the industry’s direct link to prospective and returning cruisers, so #ChooseCruise helps to provide the tools to connect travellers with the right cruise experience. CLIA is providing travel agents with the tips, tools and techniques to enable them to engage with clients and help them plan and book the perfect cruise holiday.

CLIA is once again partnering with major trade and consumer publications to focus on cruise throughout October, and consumers will be encouraged to book a cruise holiday during #ChooseCruise by connecting with a CLIA cruise specialist travel agent through the Cruise Agent Search function on the CLIA website.

CLIA travel agents have access to promotions from a variety of CLIA Cruise Lines during #ChooseCruise, and these can be accessed by logging in to the Members Hub. Agents can also check out the #ChooseCruise Toolkit available in the CLIA Members Hub, and download a range of resources including social media images to use across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to promote the #ChooseCruise campaign to their database.

Once again, this year, CLIA is rewarding travel agents who share their most creative (on or offline) #ChooseCruise activities on social media the use the #ChooseCruise tag. Best-selling CLIA travel agents have the chance to win weekly prizes.
