NRMA adds to the fold

NRMA Parks & Resorts has secured a pair of new properties in two top New South Wales holiday destinations.

The popular BIG4 Holiday Parks-branded properties in Batemans Bay and Forster-Tuncurry will be renamed NRMA Batemans Bay Beachfront Holiday Resort and NRMA Forster-Tuncurry Holiday Park respectively.

NRMA has secured long-term lease & management contracts on both properties, in a move which bring the division’s growing portfolio of branded-and-operated campsites to 39.

The Batemans Bay location features a range of accommodation options from five-star villas and cabins to protected sites for campervans, caravans and tents. Onsite guest facilities including a large pool, mini-golf, a giant jumping pillow, and a camp kitchen, to make the resort an easy base from which to relax and enjoy holidays in Batemans Bay.

The Resort’s location is within easy walking distance of Batemans Bay’s amenities, such as its shops, restaurants, cafes, and the cinema.

NRMA Forster-Tuncurry Holiday Park is located right on the shores of picturesque Wallis Lake and its waterways, offering easy access to a great range of marine activities, including fishing, boating, and kayaking.

The pet-friendly campsites features a range of accommodation options designed to suit all needs and budgets, from family-style and waterfront villas to cabins and perfectly presented sites for campervans, caravans, and tents.

NRMA Parks & Resorts Chief Executive Officer Paul Davies said the division was excited to add two iconic holiday favourites to its growing portfolio of campsites across Australia.

“Adding Batemans Bay and Forster-Tuncurry to our New South Wales offering for guests really completes a showcase of some of the state’s best holiday destinations under the NRMA banner,” he said.

“With their easy driving proximity to major cities, these two new parks offer our guests more road trip destinations and stopover options under the reassuring NRMA banner, which represents high quality, friendly, safe and fun outdoor holidays to motorists and holidaymakers.”

The new parks are located within an easy four hours’ drive from Sydney, making easy stopovers on a coastal road trip.
