TWO new Mexican and five new Caribbean destinations will join American Airlines’ (AA) network in December.
Acapulco and Huatulco, in Mexico’s south, will both be served seasonally by AA twice weekly out of Dallas/Fort Worth International from 21 December, joining the airline’s current 22-city-strong network. Chihuahua will now also be served by daily flights from Phoenix Sky Harbor International from 18 December, in addition to the current daily flights from DFW.
In the Caribbean, services between John F. Kennedy International in New York City and Cheddi Jagan International in Guyana will commence from 18 December, plus a second daily flights between DFW and Costa Rica, to both Juan Santamaria International in San Jose and Daniel Oduber Quiros International in Liberia.
Saturday-only flights will also kick off from O’Hare International in Chicago and DFW to Cyril E. King in St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, as well as a seasonal service between ORD and Hewanorra International in St. Lucia. Those on the east coast can fly from LaGuardia in New York City to L.F. Wade International in Bermuda and Charlotte Douglas International to Maurice Bishop International in Grenada.
